Molly is a visionary leader with over 35 years experience as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. She is currently working in the public schools and as a consultant providing trainings and mentorship for new therapists, early childhood programs, a bringing a Trauma-informed Design and Sensory lens to design projects in her community. Her interest in holistic & sensory design of built environments for schools and community health along with with her OT perspective informs all projects from an extensive medial background, graduate work in arts & non-profit management, and human health design. Molly has been an adjunct faculty for 20 years with the University of Oregon offering graduate level instruction through the Special Education and Early Intervention programs. She holds several specialty certificates in the field of occupational therapy. Molly's recent graduate work at the Boston Architectural College Design for Human Health program has expanded her interests for thoughtful holistic design bridging engagement of users and designers that incorporates community and cultural collaboration for design that is inclusive for all abilities.
